Shopping across multiple sellers

Affinity is a marketplace of independent sellers. You can browse all of them from Shop, or visit a seller's storefront directly. Your cart can hold items from several sellers at once — add whatever you like and check out once.

One checkout, separate shipments

Each seller ships their own items, so when your cart spans sellers, your order splits into one shipment per seller. At checkout you'll see the items grouped by seller with each seller's own shipping; you pay once for the whole order. Afterwards, each shipment has its own order number and its own tracking — view them all under My Orders.

Shipping & tracking

• Shipping is calculated per seller, from their location to your address, at checkout.
• When a seller ships your items, tracking appears on that shipment in My Orders.
• We currently ship within the United States only.

Payment

Mature (18+) content

Some listings are marked mature. Depending on your location you may need to confirm your age (and in some states, verify it) before mature content is shown. Create a free account to confirm you're 18+.

Custom prints

Some sellers offer a custom-print designer on their storefront — upload your art, choose a format, material, and finish, and add the result to your cart like any other item.

Roleplay & chat credits

Cards carry a QR code — redeem it to add the card to your collection and earn chat credits to roleplay with its character. You can also buy credits directly from Buy chat credits, and create or import your own characters. See Roleplay & Chat help for the full rundown.

Your collection

Every card you redeem lands in My Collection. Tap any card to open it and see its full art alongside its stats — how many were printed, how many have been registered, how many collectors own one, and how rare it is across the membership. The image you see is a snapshot taken when your card was made, so it always shows your edition's artwork even if the design is later updated.

Returns & refunds

See our Return & Refund Policy. Because each seller fulfils their own items, returns are handled per shipment — reach out via Contact with your order number and we'll route it to the right seller.

Reporting a problem

If a listing or seller violates our Content Policy, use the Report flag — on an individual card (in its viewer), on a set's page, or on a seller's storefront. Reports go to our moderation team for review.
